Rhonda Glanzer, D.V.M – Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Glanzer grew up on a ranch in South Dakota. Here, she realized her immense love for animals and decided to dedicate her life to growing in the veterinary field. Dr. Glanzer graduated from South Dakota State University earning her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science in 2000. She enrolled in school again, earning her DVM degree from Iowa State University in 2002.

Upon graduation, Dr. Glanzer relocated to Texas because she no longer wanted to deal with harsh winters. Since graduating, she has gained years of experience with day practice, emergency medicine, as well as relief work. Dr. Glanzer has a passion for emergency medicine and soft tissue surgeries and has spent her time in both ER and day practice, tailoring the best possible care to her patients.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Glanzer enjoys horseback riding, barrel racing, and spending time at the beach with her family. Dr. Glanzer also spends her free time volunteering at Cornerstone Church as a greeter, is the Financial Peace University Teacher, and the Operation Christmas Child Project leader.

Dr. Glanzer shares her home with her Great Dane, Strait, her two barn cats – Coal and Sherbert, and her 4 horses – Buck, Tiger, Fire, and Lexi.
